Grant Gait-Smith
Co-Owner, Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
Sport and exercise have been a part of my life from an early age and later in life I pursued a degree in Human Movement Sciences as it became my passion.
I’ve competed in a variety of sporting codes throughout my life, but my true passion lies in strength and conditioning, the backbone of performance in any discipline and a large contributor to increased performance for athletes and improved quality of life for your everyday individual.
Whether you are an athlete or simply someone wanting to look after their health, the importance of strength work cannot be emphasized enough Strong bodies are resilient bodies.
Kim Halgreen
Co-Owner, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Instructor
Personal trainer and coach by day, powerlifter by night. I specialize in strength training and boxing fitness.
My approach to training is simple: the rule of 3, for every great session, there will be an average session, for every average session there will be a terrible session. It’s the cycle of training and doesn’t make you bad at training.
An interesting fact about me is that I am batman’s biggest fan. I love batman so much that it is embedded in the aesthetics of NLF.
Nicole Weideman
Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor
I have a background in strength training and human movement sciences, and I’m passionate about helping people understand their bodies and move with confidence.
My journey in fitness has taught me that strength isn’t just about lifting heavier -it’s about control, resilience, and feeling capable in your own body.
In my classes, I focus on building real, functional strength while improving mobility, stability, and overall movement quality.
My goal is to help people leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of what their body can do.
